INSTALLATION
============

1) Upload everything to the Irokez's tree
2) Patch path.conf
3) Log into the admin panel
4) Create a section with the name corresponding to the survey XML file name (subscription.ru.xml)
5) Tweak XML and script file
.. you are done!

Bonus: Swift-based feedback form.

Note: this script relies on Swift Mailer to send mail. This is the only descent mailer around with the full Unicode support out of the box. This script comes with the PHP5 version, if you want to use it with PHP4, you have to download the corresponding Swift version from http://www.swiftmailer.org/. Many thanks to Chris Corbyn for his wonderfull work!

XML STRUCTURE
=============

Pretty self-explanatory. Available question types:

    * text
    * textarea
    * radio
    * checkbox

Use mandatory="true" to turn of JS form validation. Please note that there's no server-side validation yet, so use with care!
